.Hurlston Hall
is an undulating parkland course designed by
Donald Steel and opened in 1994. Set in 135 acres of beautiful parkland
just a few miles from
Southport with views to the Pennines and Bowland Fells.
Two brooks meander across the course.
The main brook, the Hurlston, creates a shallow valley through the
course and is in play on seven holes.
The second brook joins close to the first green and water presents
a challenge in the form of seven lakes.
The course has three par five holes of more than 500 yards with the
shortest par three measuring 170 yards.
The club is easily accessible from the A570, two miles from Ormskirk,
six miles from Southport.
A current Handicap Certificate is required when playing at Hurlston
Hall Golf Club.
Each 2 for 1 offer allows two players to tee-off together for the
price of one.
It also allows 4 players to play for the price of 2
. The offer is for casual play only and cannot be used for society
or corporate bookings.
Out To Play members must telephone Hurlston Hall Golf Club,
declare he / she is a member and arrange a tee-off within the 2 for
1 times allocated.
