offers Edwardian Elegance in a small detached hotel surrounded by gardens,
with a car park to the rear.
 

The hotel is situated between Llandudno's two shores with views of the Great Orme.
It is five to ten minutes' level walking to the pier, shops,
beaches and both promenades, and it is close to many of the town's amenities.
 

'Victorian' Llandudno offers many days of sightseeing and exploration,
whilst Conwy, Caernarfon and the Isle of Anglesey are a short drive away.
 

The beauties of Snowdonia are within easy reach to enjoy
spectacular mountain scenery, lakes, castles and historic sights.
 

The hotel is over 100 years old and has elegant, spacious rooms with some
fine features including stained glass, original fireplaces and a superb mahogany staircase.
 

The hotel has full central heating, a residential licence and a full fire certificate.
 

The spacious well appointed bedrooms are all en suite,
have tea/coffee making facilities, colour television, clock radio alarm,
direct dial telephone, hair dryer, trouser press and electronic safe.
 

A twin Ground Floor Bedroom is available to serve the partially disabled,
whilst most other bedrooms are on the first floor level
with access up an easy-rising staircase.

relaxation in tranquility with Orme views.

Whilst the Victorian-style Conservatory ( with a tropical aquarium )
affords comfort, with colourful garden views.

The hotel chef prepares an interesting and varied choice of dinner menu
with flair and individuality, using fresh, wholesome local produce.
